I’m afraid we do not book the upstairs lounge and bar privately at No.32. We take bookings for the upstairs space; however, it would not be considered private, as you may be sharing the space and bar service with other groups, and guests will likely walk through to get to the terrace. Please let us know if you have a preference for the upstairs so we can check availability and add a note to your booking.

We do not require a deposit for any areas at No.32. To secure spaces for groups of 12 or more, we require a card authentication based on £10.00 per person. Please be advised that this is NOT a deposit, nor do we take any money from your account. You have 48 hours prior to the date of your booking to cancel without incurring any costs. We reserve the right to charge your card the value of £10.00 per person should you not turn up on the day.

We offer a variety of drinks and food packages that cater to every style of event, from formal meals to casual drinks and canapes. We update our menus, drinks and nibbles packages seasonally, so if your event is later in the year, please use these as a reference only for the time being.

We can accommodate all major dietary requirements. Do not hesitate to ask our events team, and they will clarify which dishes will be suitable for your guests.

No.32 is only a 3-minute walk from Clapham Common Tube Station (Northern Line) or a 20-minute bus ride from Clapham Junction Station. There is paid on-street parking in the immediate Old Town area and several bookable private spaces nearby on JustPark. We do not have any on-site parking at No.32, I’m afraid. There is public parking for free on the weekends and bank holidays.

You are more than welcome to bring flowers, banners, table runners, candles, balloons, and decorations for your space.
We simply do not allow glitter, sticky tape, confetti, or balloons with confetti inside. If you wish to bring your own cake, please provide it to a staff member on arrival so we can refrigerate it until you are ready for it to be served.
Kindly note that we require all decorations to be set up and taken down on the same day as the event. Let us know if you need access before your booking start time to set up. We will check availability for earlier access, but we cannot guarantee it.

We will take care of the cleanup! If you wish to keep any of the decorations you set up, we require them to be taken down on the same day and taken home. Any decorations that are left behind from the event may be disposed of.

You are welcome to bring your furry friends and family along with you. If they would like a bowl of water, just let a member of staff know, and we will be happy to provide one. Kindly note that we do not allow dogs after 19:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
